Soil Association Exchange is an exciting opportunity for me to grow horizontally – like a well trained espalier – to bring together my career in tech with my interest in agriculture, food systems, and nature.

My previous role as lead for the FT’s Design System team demanded balancing individual contribution, management, and leadership. Inspired by the Squiggly Careers Podcast, I’m excited to explore non-linear career paths. My aim is to reinforce long term career health through further developing detailed technical skills, where I can apply my experience in a new context.
