Quarantined Note

- This week has been a bit of a nothing week.
- R has been isolating with covid.
- I'm not legally required to isolate whilst testing negative but have mostly stayed inside too, just in case, bar the odd walk or run.
- It's been 7 days so far and I'm still testing negative. We've made no attempt to isolate from one another. Strong as an ox!
- Each morning I test negative I run to R roaring "strong as an ox!"
- Usually I'm the sickly one.
- I binged All of Us Are Dead, "a South Korean coming-of-age zombie apocalypse horror streaming television series". Oh Yang Dae-su!
- We should have moved by now. It's been a bit annoying to rearrange, and a bit annoying to climb over boxes each morning. I've just gotta be strong as an ox for a few more days so we can move.
- If I test positive over the next few days will I do the right thing or keep it secret and end up eating the flesh off the face of my contemporaries?
- At work: Yikes, it was possible to inject ANSI escape code characters into one of our services to achieve arbitrary code execution 😬 I'm glad we offer a security/bug bounty.
- Also at work: I've been using TypeScript and getting more familiar with it. Back in 2020 I had started learning TypeScript in my own time; that was dumb because: a. For my own personal purposes I really couldn't care less about TypeScript and b. The pandemic was in full miserable swing. Learning new things for work in work however, lovely!
Until next time friend.
