Last week I ventured out into the world with hubris. This week I've barely left the house. It's been a sad and mucus filled week. Multiple lateral flow tests report negative which is almost annoying – so this is just a cold!? It won't shift.

So I've spent a lot of time on the sofa binge listening to Nice Try, season 2. It's pretty interesting, give it a listen.

And that's about it! I'm off to tentatively re-enter the world with a walk. There's a good amount of snow about, I'm looking forward to the invigorating cold and gentle sound of crunching under foot.
