- I’ve barely been able to sleep all week; my sleep hygiene suffered, and created a negative feedback loop – I’m absolutely bloody filthy, reader. But last night was better! 🤞

- We’re still hoping to buy a house but places are going so fast… like 56 viewings booked in 24 hours, taking no more viewings fast.
- We might be here a while. A humongous RHS plants order will make it all better. Chillis out, grasses and autumn flowers in – I’m absolutely bloody filthy, reader (but because of compost, not poor sleep hygiene, and that's the way I like it).

A significant, surprise pay adjustment last week (I think that means I was being paid less than my peers, but am focused on the positive here, this is ahead of pay bands being published); a surprise, group wide well-done-all-we're-doing-well-despite-covid bonus this week; and a positive shout out from a colleague in a mass email 🥳
